Refunds and Subscription Cancellations - RCG Software
RCG Software delivers digital products and subscription-based services. As these are provided in an immediately accessible digital format, all sales are final and non-refundable, including those offered at a discount, on a lifetime basis, or as part of a recurring subscription plan.
If you wish to discontinue a subscription, you may do so at any time by emailing [email protected] or messaging me this request on Voxer.
If you cancel, your subscription benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or prorated billing will be provided for unused time remaining on the subscription or for any payments already collected.
For example:
If you cancel a monthly plan on April 5th, you will continue to have access through April 30th, but no partial refund will be issued for the April payment.
If you enrolled in an annual subscription with multiple installment payments and choose to cancel before the term ends, you are still obligated to complete all payments as agreed in the subscription contract.
To help prevent any unintentional billing, we recommend submitting cancellation requests as early as possible. Please allow 2–3 business days for our team to process cancellation requests.
Subscription Terms and Recurring Billing – RCG Software
Billing Overview
By subscribing to RCG Software services, you agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your chosen subscription plan. Your first payment will be collected at the time of account activation or immediately after any applicable free trial ends. Monthly subscription plans will renew automatically each month, with the subscription fee and any required taxes charged to your account for the upcoming month. Please note that simply choosing not to use the RCG Software services does not release you from your payment obligations.
Accepted Payment Options
RCG Software accepts payments via credit or debit card. Your payment details will be securely stored and used exclusively for processing recurring subscription payments. By enrolling in a subscription, you consent to RCG Software automatically charging your selected payment method for the subscription period (e.g., monthly) unless you cancel in accordance with our policy.
Renewal and Cancellation Policy
If you maintain an active monthly subscription, your subscription fee (including taxes where applicable) will automatically be billed each month on your designated billing date. To cancel, you must submit your cancellation request at least ten (10) days before the start of the next billing cycle. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, you may be charged for the following subscription period.
Trial Offer Terms – RCG Software
If RCG Software provides a free trial:
The trial period will begin immediately upon paying the initial setup fee and continue for the specific timeframe (often 30 days) disclosed during sign-up. Free trials are intended for new users only and cannot be used by previous subscribers or anyone who has already redeemed a trial offer, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
A courtesy reminder will be sent at least one (1) day before your trial expires. At the conclusion of the trial, unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan based on the selection made during registration.
If you wish to cancel your trial, you may do so through [email protected] before the trial period ends. If you do not cancel in time, your chosen payment method will be billed automatically for the applicable subscription charges.
RCG Software reserves the right to modify its subscription pricing and will provide advance notice of any changes. If you do not agree to the updated pricing, you may cancel before the start of the next billing period.
